GENERAL

The producing and shipping of purchased clocks do not pass until payment is made in full. We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse or storage of clocks in damp or very dry conditions.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept Paypal and all major credit cards.

 

SHIPPING

We are shipping by Lithuanian standard post (free of charge in EU and 15 EUR for parcels to other countries, fixed price), in case you would like to get your clock faster, please, let us know, we will take care about express delivery and find the best option by price and time (at the buyer's expense). Usually shipping inside European Union takes up to 10 days, to other countries it may take longer time, 10-30 days. We’ll provide you with the tracking number to check your parcel delivery status.

 

RETURN POLICY

Online purchases from the stock are eligible for return and refund within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be received back to the store in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. All sale items and customized or special order items are final sale and cannot be returned. This is to protect our designer who is custom-fabricating each order at his own expense.

Shipping costs in case of return are on the buyer's expense.

 

FIX

Firstly, please check hands that they do not touch each other. Sometimes during transportation, a minute fixing nut becomes weak.  

To correct this, you have to remove second hand by two fingers, just pull it up with a little force. Then with left hand, press the wheel on the backside of movement and at the same time holding wheel turn small minute fixing nut clockwise till it stops to turn. Please send me close view photo, maybe I will understand better what is wrong. 

If it doesn’t help we will send you the new movement with video instruction how to change it.
